Our process - Start with proof, not a long commitment.

Most software projects ask for too much commitment before you know what will work. We begin with a 3–4 day sprint, put a working prototype in your hands, and take the rest one clear milestone at a time.

Research & prototype

3–4 days

We review the market, narrow the first useful version, and test the riskiest technical assumption. You leave with a working prototype, a short research and feasibility note, and a realistic plan for the next stage.

What you receive

  • Working prototype
  • Market and technical findings
  • Recommended scope and architecture
  • Timeline and cost estimate

Build in milestones

Once the direction holds up, we split the production build into small, reviewable milestones. Each one has a clear deliverable, timeline, and price. You review the result before payment is due and before we move to the next milestone.

Architecture, infrastructure, cost, and performance decisions are documented as we go.

How we work

At every point, you should know what is being built, what it costs, and what happens next.

Launch without lock-in

We deploy the product, watch how it performs, and tune infrastructure and costs around real usage. Where it fits, we use Cloudflare to keep the setup lean, fast, and inexpensive to operate.

You receive the source code, deployment setup, architecture notes, and practical documentation. We also show you how to make routine changes with AI coding tools and how to review those changes safely.

What you receive

  • Deployment and monitoring
  • Performance and hosting-cost review
  • Source code and documentation
  • Guide for AI-assisted changes

What you can expect - A process built around trust, not dependency.

  • Working first. A real prototype tells us more than a long presentation.
  • Small commitments. You commit to one useful, clearly defined milestone at a time.
  • Clear decisions. We explain costs, risks, and trade-offs in plain language.
  • Lean by default. We avoid infrastructure and complexity the product does not need yet.
  • No lock-in. Your code, accounts, deployment setup, and documentation stay with you.
  • Honest support. We stay involved when it is useful not because the product is difficult to leave.

Have something worth testing?

A short call is enough to see whether a prototype sprint makes sense.
